CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

BUSINESS
1. Open Space, Active Transportation and Sustainability Commission Interviews Council commenced the interviews for the Open Space, Active Transportation and Sustainability Commission. Tara McClinton-Horner was interviewed. Sean Hughes was interviewed.
Meeting in recess 6:03 p.m. to contact applicant Joey Palma. Joey Palma was reached by phone, and he asked to be removed from consideration. Meeting reconvened 6:06 p.m.
Action: Motion to adopt Minute Order 2023-08 appointing Tara McClinton-Horner and Sean Hughes to the Open Space, Active Transportation and Sustainability Commission with term ending on December 31, 2026, made by Councilmember Mark Joseph, seconded by Councilmember Mariam Aboudamous, and CARRIED by roll call vote.
Ayes: Councilmember Mariam Aboudamous, Councilmember Mark Joseph, Vice Mayor Pierre Washington, Mayor Leon Garcia, Councilmember David Oro Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
Excused: None
City Clerk Taresa Geilfuss administered Oaths of Office to both Tara McClinton-Horner and Sean Hughes.
