3. Appointment of Youth Commissioners
Recommendation: Appoint by minute order Youth Commissioners: DeAndre Lendsey to the Planning Commission, Alaina Rei Guido to the Parks and Community Services Commission, and Allison Bencsik to the Open Space, Ac-ve Transporta-on, and Sustainability Commission; and direct the City Clerk to administer the Oath of Office to the Youth Commissioners.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - ITEMS NOT ON CLOSED SESSION OR OPEN SESSION AGENDA This me is reserved for members of the public to address the City Council on items that are not on the Closed Session or Open Session agenda and are within the subject ma.er jurisdicon of the City Council. Recommendation: Approve the Report Upon Return from Closed Session for the Regular CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OCTOBER 3, 2023

6. Notice of Completion for the Wetlands Edge Court Extension Project Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu-on accep-ng the contracted work as complete, authorizing the Public Works Director to file a No-ce of Comple-on, and releasing Reten-on payment to Argonaut Constructors in conjunc-on with the Wetlands Edge Court Extension Project (TR22-0200).
7. Purchasing System Ordinance
Recommendation: Waive final reading, read by -tle only, and adopt an Ordinance by the City Council of the City of American Canyon amending the American Canyon Municipal Code removing chapter 3.12 - Purchasing System.
