5. Parks and Recreation Department User Fee Schedule
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on of the City Council of the City of American Canyon to repeal and replace Resolu"on 2024-24 with the updated Parks and Recrea"on Department User Fee Schedule.
6. AB1600 Annual Report
Recommendation: Receive and file the Development Impact Fee Report for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2024.
7. City Facilities Security Upgrade
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on increasing the opera"ng budget for the Water and Wastewater Enterprises, $21,118 and $46,531 respec"vely and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Safe House Corpora"on for facility security upgrades for an amount not to exceed $116,950.
8. Amendment #2 to Lease Agreement with SpectraSite Communica'ons, LLC for Lease of City-owned Parcel
Recommendation: Adopt resolution authorizing City Manager to execute Lease Amendment #2 with SpectraSite Communications, LLC
9. Watson Ranch Lots 14 & 15 Public Improvements Acceptance Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on accep"ng the public streets and appurtenant u"li"es improvements associated with Watson Ranch Lots 14 and 15 Public Improvements Project.

Recommendation: Receive the draO Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and related communications from the City's external auditor for Fiscal Year 2023-24.
12. Rancho Del Mar Paving and Utility Improvements Project Construction Contract Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on: 1) Amending the FY2024-25 Capital Budget and increasing the Project Budget from $5,916,232 to $7,666,232; 2) Awarding a construc"on contract to GhiloQ Construc"on Company, Inc. in the amount of $5,997,715; and 3) Authorizing the Public Works Director to approve and execute Contract Change Orders in an aggregate amount not to exceed the Project Budget, in conjunc"on with the Rancho Del Mar Paving and Utility Improvements Project (TR24-0300).
13. Selec'on of Nominee for Napa County Representa've on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC)
Recommendation: Consider poten"al nominees for the Napa County City Selec"on Commi4ee to consider for appointment to the Metropolitan Transporta"on Commission (MTC) and adopt a Minute Order direc"ng staff to submit the name to the Napa County City Selection Committee.
