7. Acceptance of Class 1 Bicycle Path improvements adjacent to Wetlands Edge Court Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on accep"ng the Class 1 Bicycle Path improvements adjacent to Wetlands Edge Court and associated with the SDG Commerce 217 Wine Warehouse Project.
8. OpenGov Agreement for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with OpenGov for CMMS Software Solution.
9. Amendment # 1 to Agreement # 2024-86 - Anderson Home Repair, Inc.
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu"on authorizing Amendment #1 to Agreement #2024-86 - Anderson Home Repair, Inc. for Wastewater and Water Opera"ons Management Services in the amount of $220,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $315,000
10. Measure T MOE and Equivalent Fund Certification FY2023/24 Recommendation: Take the following ac"ons related to Measure “T” (The Napa Countywide Road Maintenance Act):
