2. Watson Ranch Amphitheaters - Temporary Uses
Mayor Washington opened public comments. Written comments: none. Oral comments: G. Anthony Phillips was called to speak. The public comment period was closed.
Action: Motion to adopt Minute Order 2025-02 approving a "City Letter of Understanding & Agreement" (Agreement 2025-14) to allow temporary amphitheater uses in the Napa Valley Ruins & Gardens made by Councilmember David Oro, seconded by Councilmember Brando Cruz, and CARRIED by roll call vote.
