Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu5on accep5ng the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual and FiveYear Findings Report on Development Impact Fees and reaffirming the necessity of development impact fees.
6. Parks and Recreation Department User Fee Schedule
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu5on to repeal and replace Resolu5on 2024-91 with the updated Parks and Recreation Department User Fee Schedule.
7. Standard Proclamation List for 2026
Recommendation: Approve by Minute Order the Standard Proclama5on List for Calendar Year 2026.
8. Minimum Wage Update to Part-time Temporary Staff Pay Rates Recommendation: Adopt resolu5on to update the FY2025/2026 Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for Part-Time Temporary Staff
9. Promontory Subdivision Project
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu5on approving the "Promontory Parcel Map", the "Promontory Lot 1 Final Map Phase 1", the "Promontory Lot 2 Final Map Phase 2", and a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Promontory Subdivision Project (PL 22-0034).
10. 205 Wetlands Sanitary Sewer Demolition Project (WW26-0100) Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu5on amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program Budget to include the 205 Wetlands Sanitary Sewer Demoli5on Project (WW26-0100) for an amount not to exceed $100,000 and appropria5ng $100,000 from Fund 540 Wastewater Operations to the project budget.
