Action: Approved the minutes of the Regular City Council meeting held July 21, 2026.
2. Minutes of the July 21, 2026, Special Joint City Council and Planning Commission Meeting Action: Approved the minutes of the Special Joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting held July 21, 2026.
3. Notice of Completion for the Northampton and Silver Oak Park Restroom Projects (PR23- 0500 & PR23-0700)
Action: Adopted Resolution 2026-64 accepting the contracted work as complete, authorizing the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion (Agreement 2026-15-R), and releasing Retention payment to Benchmark Civil Construction, Inc. in conjunction with the Northampton and Silver Oak Park Restroom Projects (PR23-0500 & PR23-0700).
