REQUESTED ACTION:
That the City Council, by Motion, consider the removal of Leonard Lahtinen from the Budget, Investment and Technology Commission.
DISCUSSION:
At the April 12, 2022 Council Meeting, Council Member Gloria Ma’ae requested the removal of Leonard Lahtinen from the Budget, Investment and Technology Commission to be placed on the agenda.
Pursuant to Section 1.04.391 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, board and commission members may be removed by a majority vote of the City Council. Upon vacancy of the seat and pursuant to Section 54974 of the Government Code, a Notice of Unscheduled Vacancy will be posted for at least ten business day prior to appointment of the vacancy.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
