RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council, by Motion, approve recognitions to be delivered at a later date.
DISCUSSION:
At various times throughout the year, the City Council recognizes outstanding individuals, groups, and organizations for their extraordinary achievements and/or contributions to the Anaheim community. Council has the discretion to issue Proclamations, Declarations, and Certificates of Recognition to these deserving parties.
The following has been recommended to receive a Proclamation or Certificate of Recognition:
Certificates of Recognition: Recognizing winners of the 2022 Anaheim Beautiful Community Pride Poster Contest. (Requested by Staff)
Proclamation: Proclaiming May 27, 2022 as Graduation Day in Anaheim to honor students who are graduating this year. (Requested by Council Member Moreno)

There is no budgetary impact.
