A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DEDICATING C ERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY FOR CITY OF ANAHEIM FIRE STATION 12
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner, in fee title of certain propert y located adjacent to South State College Boulevard, Assessor Parcel Numbers 232-011-50; and, WHEREAS, a portion of the City-owned property is required to construct a new fire station that will serve the Platinum Triangle community and adjacent areas; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim an d the public generally to construct a strategically located fire station, improve service delivery and response times, and meet a growing population’s needs as development and traffic increase in the Platinum Triangle area.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby dedicates that certain City-owned property described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein for CITY OF ANAHEIM FIRE STATION 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
