RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DEDICATING C ERTAIN CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner, in fee title of certain propert y located adjacent to Brookhurst Street, Assessor Parcel Numbers 071-247-21 and 071-246-22; and, WHEREAS, a portion of the City-owned property is required to widen Brookhurst Street from a four to six lan e divided arterial roadway, as defined in the Circulation Element of the General Plan of the City of Anaheim and the approved precise alignment from March 12, 2013; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim and the public generally to widen Brookhurst Street to the dimensions and capacity shown the Circulation Element of the General Plan of the City of Anaheim and approved precise alignment from March 12, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby dedicates that certain City-owned property described in Exhibits A through D attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein for public road, public utility and other public purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept said property described in Exhibits A through D into the public street system. The City Clerk is directed to record this resolution with the Orange County Recorder's Office. ///
