200 South Anaheim Boulevard Elevator Modernization (Design-Build)
The work consists of the modernization of the five (5) existing elevators. The modernization will upgrade the controller equipment, hoist machines and motors, electrical wiring, buttons of the cabs, tracks of the doors, and include a four (4) year extended maintenance period. The modernization will improve the overall efficiency and operational reliability, ride quality, passenger safety, cost effectiveness, and conform to current codes for the existing elevators ranging in age between 20 and 42 years.
