work consists of removal of existing sanitary sewer facilities, installation of new 12-inch, 15-inch, and 21- inch diameter
Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP), construction of sanitary sewer manholes, manhole modification, rehabilitating
the asphalt concrete roadway, Portland Concrete Cement (PCC) sidewalks, ADA access ramps, curb & gutter, pavement markings, repainting curbs, and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and specifications.
