Project: Del Monte Drive Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project from Bella Vista Street to Knott Avenue
The work consists of the removal, disposal, and abandonment of existing 8-inch diameter Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) sewer lines and the installation of new 12-inch diameter VCP sewer lines, sewer manhole removal, disposal, modification and reconstruction; new manhole construction; connection of existing service laterals to the p roposed sewer pipeline; sewer bypassing to maintain sewer service; adjusting existing survey monuments and valve boxes to grade; trench restoration; sheeting, shoring, and bracing; grind and cap asphalt concrete paving; curb and gutter removal and replacem ent; traffic control; restoration of any damaged or obliterated traffic pavement legends, stop bars and painted curbs; slurry seal and implementation of a Water Pollution Control Program and Best Management Practices as shown on the plans and delineated in the specifications.
