ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.

E IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to-wit:

he abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, S tate of California, described as that portion of the public street known as Douglas Road shown on and contemplated in Development Agreement No. 2020- 00004, and generally located north of Katella Avenue and east of Cerritos Avenue, as depicted on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on December 20, 2022.
