RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2022-010 which establishes dates and time of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of March 21 to March 28, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
At the November 1, 2022 meeting, the Housing Authority approved Resolution No.
AHA-2022-010, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing Authority. At the December 20, 2022 meeting, Authority Member Natalie Meeks requested an amendment to the Authority’s regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the March 21 meeting to March 28, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
