MEETING TO A NEW DATE

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2022-002 which establishes the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023.
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
At the November 1, 2022 meeting, the Public Financing Authority approved Resolution No. APFA-2022-002, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Public Financing Authority. At the December 20, 2022 meeting, Authority Member Natalie Meeks requested an amendment to the Authority’s regular meeting calendar.
Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the March 21 meeting to March 28, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
