IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORITY MEETING CALENDAR –
RESCHEDULING A REGULAR MEETING TO A NEW DATE

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2022-003 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of March 21 to March 28, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the November 1, 2022 meeting, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA-2022-003, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing and Public Improvements Authority. At the December 20, 2022 meeting, Authority Member Natalie Meeks requested an amendment to the Authority’s regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the March 21 meeting to March 28, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
