RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2023-001 setting the dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of July 25 to July 11, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the February 28, 2023 meeting, Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken requested an amendment to the previously approved Authority regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the July 25 meeting to July 11, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
