RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2023-001 setting the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of July 25 to July 11, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
At the February 28, 2023 meeting, Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken requested an amendment to the previously approved Authority regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the July 25 meeting to July 11, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
