The work consists of retrofitting approximately 373 storm water catch basins citywide with Connector Pipe Screens (CPS). The project includes but is not limited to: survey and measurements of all catch basin locations, fabrication of the CPS trash capture devices, traffic control and installation of the CP S devices.
