REQUESTED ACTION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2023-002 setting the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of September 19 to September 12, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken has requested an amendment to the Authority regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the September 19 meeting to September 12, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
