The work consists of asphalt concrete pavement resurfacing within the existing parking lot, construction of speed hump and ADA access ramps, concrete sidewalks, adjustment of utility structures, striping of crosswalks, lighting removal and replacement, removal and replacement of post & rail fence, remove and replacement of an existing wood fence, construction of wood deck and steps, cable railing, helical piles and connections, handrails, concrete paving with embossment, regrading and installation of decomposed granite pathway, construction of stage improvements, amphitheater benches, and interpretive exhibits and shelving, installation of ADA directional signage, construction of wood bollards, and landscape tie edging, demolition and installation of electrical lighting.
