It is developed in compliance with federal and state requirements. All federal and state funded projects and regionally significant transportation projects, regardless of funding source, should be listed in FTIP. Under state law, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) has the responsibility of proposing County projects using current RTP policies, programs, and projects as a guide and with input from the cities within the County.
