REQUESTED ACTION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2023-003 setting the dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2023 [rescheduling the regular meeting of December 19 to December 12, 2023].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
Chairperson Ashleigh Aitken has requested an amendment to the previously approved Authority regular meeting calendar. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the December 19 to December 12, 2023.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
