RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, establish dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024.
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board. The proposed resolution establishes the dates for regular AHPIA meetings for calendar year 2024, consistent with the City Council approved meeting calendar.
Commencement time of meetings will remain at 5:00 p.m. The Authority may set, cancel or reschedule any regular meeting by an affirmative vote of at least a majority of the Authority.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
