ANAHEIM AND TORRES SANITATION SYSTEMS
CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Torres:
Pursuant to the Agreement by and between the City of Anaheim ("City") and TORRES SANITATION SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION awarded on March 28, 2023, for the construction of Magnolia and Broadway Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project ("Agreement") and Section 6 -5 of th e Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, Anaheim hereby exercises its right to terminate the Agreement for convenience.
