The work consists of roadway widening and paving, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, cross gutters/spandrels, ADA access ramps, median islands, hardscape, landscaping, irrigation improvements, signing, striping, traffic signal improvements, adjusting or reconstructing utility manhole and valve covers to grade, and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and specifications.
