RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council adopt an ordinance repealing Section 1.04.970 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 relating to the Youth Commission.
DISCUSSION:
On December 12, 2023, the City Council introduced an ordinance repealing Section
1.04.970 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 relating to the Youth Commission (Attachment No. 2, December 12, 2023 Staff Report). If adopted, the ordinance will become effective in 30 days.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
