RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2023-005 which establishes the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024 [rescheduling the regular meeting of February 6 to February 13, 2024].
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
At the November 28, 2023 meeting, the Public Financing Authority approved Resolution No. APFA-2023-005, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Public Financing Authority. The item is being presented under City Manager authority to amend the Authority’s regular meeting calendar at the request of an Authority Member.
Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the February 6 meeting to February 13, 2024.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
