RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2023-011 which establishes dates and time of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024 [rescheduling the regular meeting of February 6 to February 13, 2024].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
At the November 28, 2023 meeting, the Housing Authority approved Resolution No.
AHA-2023-011, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing Authority. The item is being presented under City Manager authority to amend the Authority’s regular meeting calendar at the request of an Authority Member. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the February 6 meeting to February 13, 2024.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
