RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2023-005 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024 [rescheduling the regular meeting of February 6 to February 13, 2024].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the November 28, 2023 meeting, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA-2023-005, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing and Public Improvements Authority. The item is being presented under City Manager authority to amend the Authority’s regular meeting calendar at the request of an Authority Member. Exhibit A has been amended to cancel and reschedule the February 6 meeting to February 13, 2024.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
