CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation, (“Grantor”) does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto DUNBAR HOLDINGS PLACENTIA, a Nevada limited liability company (“Grantee) Grantor’s right, title, and interest in and to that portion of a public right-of-way in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as described in Exhibits “A” and “B” attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, unto the City of Anaheim, an easement for public utilities , on, over, under, above, along, and across the entirety of the above -described land, together with all rights of ingress and egress for the installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, reconfiguration, and removal of any present or future public utilities, including any and all fixtures and appurtenances;
