The work consists of accepting care, custody and control of the owner furnished skid mounted Pony Chiller unit, upon delivery from the manufacturer. Provide the requisite materials, equipment and labor to install the skid mounted 150 Ton Pony Chiller and associated piping, electrical, structural, roofing repair, programming, testing, commissioning, aesthetic restoration, etc.
