RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2024-001 which establishes dates and time of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024 [rescheduling the regular meeting of August 6 to August 13, 2024; regular meeting of July 2 to July 23, 2024].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
Authority Member Carlos Leon has requested an amendment to the previously approved Authority calendar amending Exhibit A to the resolution to cancel and reschedule the meeting of August 6 to August 13, 2024. In addition, under Chairperson authority, an amendment is being requested to cancel and reschedule the meeting of July 2 to July 23, 2024.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
