RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2024-001 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2024 [rescheduling the regular meeting of August 6 to August 13, 2024; and the regular meeting of July 2 to July 23, 2024].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
Authority Member Carlos Leon has requested an amendment to the previously approved Authority calendar amending Exhibit A to the resolution to cancel and reschedule the meeting of August 6 to August 13, 2024. In addition, under Chairperson authority, an amendment is being requested to cancel and reschedule the meeting of July 2 to July 23, 2024.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
