Re: Termination of Development Agreement (Mountain Park)
Dear Mr. Barriga:
We understand that the City of Anaheim (the “City”) and the Orange County Cemetery District (the “District) would like the existing Development Agreement among the City, The Irvine Land Company LLC, and The Irvine Company LL C (Number 2010-00002), recorded November 22, 2010, in the Official Records of Orange Count y, as Instrument Number 2010-622775 (the “Development Agreement”) to be terminated in order to allo w the District to proceed with the development of a veterans cemetery project on th e land that is covered by the Development Agreement. We would expect such a termination to release all parties from any alleged liability and obligations under the Development Agreemen t, and we have no objection to such a termination.
