Cost Proposal
Our All-Inclusive cost includes the following:

1. Warehouse (18.87% of cost): A 2,500-square-foot warehouse in Anaheim at an undisclosed site. This will include the storage of Safe-Keeping items for the required time period, the disposal of found refuse, technology to protect the property, data keeping, and monthly supplies required to complete the project.

2. Personnel (64.61% of cost): This covers the manpower hourly rate and benefits required to complete the contract.

3. Vehicles (16.51% of cost): Based on our experience with the project, the city would benefit from using two trucks: one midsize truck (6.69% of the cost) to maneuver tight spaces and one truck with a stake bed (9.82% of the cost) for refuse and larger pickups.

Lyons will supply both, along with the ongoing maintenance, gas, and insurance costs.
