RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council, adopt an Ordinance, establishing the Anaheim Local Housing Trust Fund for the purposes of advancing efforts to preserve and expand affordable housing development and programs in the City.
DISCUSSION:
On August 13, 2024, the City Council introduced the subject ordinance. The Ordinance requires a second reading and, if adopted, will become effective in 30 days.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
