1. CALL TO ORDER: The Community Services Board meeting was called to order at 5:42 p.m. by Chair Beas.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Board member Brio led the Board in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: None.
4. SCHEDULED COMMUNICATION:
a) CDBG NON-PROFIT AGENCY PRESENTATIONS – Joe Perez noted that the CSB would be hearing oral presentations from scheduled non-profit organizations.
5. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Chair Beas presented the October 14, 2021, meeting minutes to the Board Members for changes and/or corrections. Board Member Barnett made a motion to approve the October 14, 2021, meeting minutes, Second by Board Member Brio; motion was approved with four votes in favor. Chair Beas accepted the minutes.
6. NEW BUSINESS: Joe Perez prepared the board members to listen to the CDBG non-profit agency presentations in the order listed below:

7. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS: Joe Perez informed the Community Services Board that the annual Volunteer Recognition Event is scheduled for March 16, 2022.
8. ADJOURNMENT: Chair Beas adjourned the meeting at 7:35 p.m. and reported the next meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
