COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-4-1714
BETWEEN
ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
AND
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
FOR
THE ANAHEIM CANYON STATION PROJECT
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 is effective this day of 2024, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street, P.O. Box 14184, Orange, California 92863-1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Anaheim, 200 South Anaheim Blvd., Suite 276, Anaheim, CA 92805, a California municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CITY"), which are individually referred to as "PARTY", and collectively referred to as "PARTIES".
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into Cooperative Agreement No. C-4-1714, dated January 9, 2015, as last changed by Amendment No. 3 dated January 1, 2024, to define the roles and responsibilities for capital improvements to the Anaheim Canyon Metrolink Station Project (herein referred to as "PROJECT"); and
WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to increase the not to exceed amount by Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($25,950) for the reimbursement of CITY's additional efforts related to police assistance, engineering costs, overtime inspections, permit fees, staff costs, station benches, and the review and approval of as-builts for the PROJECT; and WHEREAS, CITY's Council approved this Amendment No. 4 to Cooperative Agreement No.
C-4-1714 on this day of , 2024.

AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-4-1714
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed that Cooperative Agreement No.
C-4-1714 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
1. Amend ARTICLE 3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTHORITY, pages 3 and 4 of 11, section J, as last changed by Amendment No. 3 dated January 1, 2024, to delete "Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Dollars ($383,000)" as the not to exceed amount and, in lieu thereof, insert "Four Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($408,950)".
2. Amend ARTICLE 4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY, pages 4 and 5 of 11, section F, as last changed by Amendment No. 3 dated January 1, 2024, to delete "Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Dollars ($383,000)" as the not to exceed amount and in lieu thereof insert, "Four Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($408,950)".
The balance of Cooperative Agreement No. C-4-1714 remains unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 4 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-4-1714 to be executed as of the date of the last signature below.
