Pleasecontinuetobuythemotels, butdonotallowlowincomeapartments. Thereare14moremotelsto beboughtandweneedlegitimategoodbusinessesandhomes.

Sincethe Cityusinggrand/fundfromneighborhoodreservefundsandlowmoderateincomehousingassetfunds, pleasebe consideranddonotallowDistrict1 is onlydistrictthathaveto endureandhaveto carryouttheheavytheloadof affordablehousingandlow-incomehousingquotademandingfromthestates. Pleaseconsiderthequalityof life of the residentswholive nearbyandbemindfulto createmorebusinessesopportunitiesfor smallbusiness, momandpop 's shopandgroceriesandthemostimportantis parkandgreenspacefor thisneighborhood.
