RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, establish dates and time of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2025.
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings. The proposed resolution establishes the dates for regular Housing Authority meetings for calendar year 2025, consistent with the City Council meeting calendar. Commencement time of meetings will remain at 5:00 p.m. In the event the proposed resolution is not adopted, regular meetings of the Housing Authority shall be the first and third Tuesday of each month, excluding holidays, until a resolution is adopted. The Authority may set, cancel or reschedule any regular meeting by an affirmative vote of at least four members of the Authority.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
