RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OR
INTEREST THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deed described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter, "DEED"), have been presented to the City of Anaheim (hereinafter, "CITY" or "City of Anaheim"); and WHEREAS, Pamela Bobit (hereinafter, "Bobit"), property interests conveyed, and location of the property described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit "A" have offered to convey to the CITY certain real property interests in connection with a Donation Agreement; and WHEREAS, the CITY is accepting the donations of certain real property interests granted therein to combine said property with the adjacent City-owned property; and WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the CITY to accept the DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. The DEED and the real property interests contained therein are hereby accepted by the City Council.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the DEED to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange. ///
