ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 29, 2024
The Anaheim Public Financing Authority regular meeting of October 29, 2024 was called to order at 5:12 p.m. in the Council Chamber located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd., in joint session with the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, Anaheim Housing Authority, and the Anaheim City Council. The meeting notice, agenda, and related materials were duly posted on October 24, 2024.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairperson Ashleigh E. Aitken and Authority Members Norma Campos Kurtz, Jose Diaz, Carlos A. Leon, Natalie Rubalcava, Stephen Faessel, and Natalie Meeks
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Jim Vanderpool, City Attorney Robert Fabela, and Secretary Theresa Bass
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDAS:
No additions/deletions related to the Anaheim Public Financing Authority agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS (all agenda items):
No in-person speakers or electronically submitted public comments related to the Anaheim Public Financing Authority agenda.
Without objection, Chairperson/Mayor Aitken moved Council Communications and the City Manager’s Update to the end of the meeting and considered the remainder of the agenda.
At 5:47 p.m., Mayor/Chairperson Aitken recessed the Anaheim City Council, Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, and Anaheim Housing Authority to address the Public Financing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 5:47 p.m., the consent calendar was considered.
MOTION: Authority Member Faessel moved to approve the consent calendar as presented, in accordance with reports, certifications, and recommendations furnished each authority member and as listed on the consent calendar, seconded by Authority Member Meeks.
ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES – 7 (Chairperson Aitken and Authority Members Kurtz, Diaz, Leon, Rubalcava, Faessel, and Meeks); NOES – 0. Motion carried.
1. RESOLUTION NO. APFA-2024-003 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and times for regular meetings of the Authority for the 2025 calendar year.
2. Approve minutes of the Public Financing Authority meeting of May 21, 2024.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to conduct, without objection, Chairperson Aitken adjourned the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority at 5:47 p.m.
