RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHA-2024-008 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2025 [rescheduling the regular meeting of May 20 to May 27, 2025].
DISCUSSION:
Section 501(b) of the by-laws of the Housing Authority provides that the Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings.
At the October 29, 2024 meeting, the Housing Authority approved Resolution No.
AHA-2024-008, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing Authority. The item is being presented by the Chairperson to cancel and reschedule the May 20 meeting to May 27, 2025.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
