RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. AHPIA-2024-005 which establishes dates and times of regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2025 [rescheduling the regular meeting of May 20 to May 27, 2025].
DISCUSSION:
Section 3.04 of Article III of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) Joint Powers Agreement provides that the AHPIA shall hold regular meetings on the fourth Tuesday of July of each year and the second Tuesday of December of each year, commencing at 5:00 p.m., unless such dates and times are fixed by resolution of the Board.
At the October 29, 2024 meeting, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority approved Resolution No. AHPIA-2024-005, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Housing and Public Improvements Authority. The item is being presented at the request of the Chairperson to cancel and reschedule the May 20 meeting to May 27, 2025.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
