RECOMMENDATION:
That the Anaheim Public Financing Authority, by Resolution, amend Exhibit A of Resolution No. APFA-2024-003 which establishes the dates and times of the regular Authority meetings for calendar year 2025 [rescheduling the regular meeting of May 20 to May 27, 2025].
DISCUSSION:
Section 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority (APFA) provides that the Financing Authority shall establish the days for regular meetings by resolution.
At the October 29, 2024 meeting, the Public Financing Authority approved Resolution No. APFA-2024-003, which established the days and times of regular meetings of the Public Financing Authority. The item is being presented at the request of the Chairperson to cancel and reschedule the May 20 meeting to May 27, 2025.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There is no budgetary impact.
