n. At no time shall the Contractor utilize a fire hydrant for irrigation purposes without written authorization by the CPM.
o. Keep the system in operation by valve or head adjustment to keep all systems operating at the manufacturer's recommended operating pressure. This shall be accomplished by valve throttling pressure gauging. The valves should be throttled to prevent sprinkler heads from fogging, allowing droplets for effective watering. CPM may request a coverage test to evaluate proper settings, timing, usage, or system maintenance.
p. All valve boxes, controllers, electrical and cable boxes, manholes, and backflow devices shall be kept clear of plant growth.
q. Check rotors for complete rotation to the required arc and slow rotation compared to other sprinklers in the same zone.
