Anaheim Blvd. Anaheim, CA 92805 RE: Notice of donation of equipment to city Dear Artin: The Disneyland Resort pleased to donate irrigation equipment to the City of Anaheim. By this letter, we are notifying you of the goods donated by The Disneyland Resort to the City of Anaheim. In accordance with state law and the City of Anaheim’s policy for acceptance of donations from third parties, The Disneyland Resort did not designate by name, title, class, or otherwise, any officials who used the donation; these details were controlled by the City of Anaheim agency head and used for official agency business. This donation is not considered a reportable or limited gift to any individual public officer. The Disneyland Resort provided the following Cal Sense irrigation controllers and remotes to the City of Anaheim: 21 each Et3000 x $1000 = $21,000 91 each Et2000 x $350 = $31,850 14 each remotes x $200 = $2,800 Total fair market value: $55,650 If you have any questions about this matter, do not hesitate to contact me.
